VINEYARDS.EXCELLENCE IN GETTING THE BEST OUT OF SOIL

A family winery in Pesquera de Duero can only produce exceptional wines

“In the vineyard, the wine is imprisoned in the grape and the winegrower’s job is to work it until finding it and letting it out”.

The particularity of the Pesquera de Duero Moorland – at 910 metres, limestone, stony soils, not very fertile – favours the personality of the grape whose cycle is longer, with late ripening. As a result, the yield is low but the quality of the grape is excellent, being characterised by a more floral fruit, great intensity of colour and higher alcohol content.

We are committed to sustainable agriculture, free of phytosanitary products. Furthermore, we take extreme care of every detail to ensure the grapes reach the highest quality in the 17 hectares of our own vineyards, spread over two terroirs within the same plot.
